Returns & Refunds

All sales from ART OF ELSE are final, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

We do not offer exchanges, product swaps, or returns for other reasons such as:

  • Random color variations of clothing or dice

  • Mystery boxes

  • Limited edition or one-of-one products

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if:

  • The item arrives defective or damaged, and

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue.

 

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at artofelse@gmail.com  within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos of the defective or damaged item.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged due to our error.

  4. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

 

Important Notes

  • By purchasing products that contain random or mystery elements, you acknowledge that the exact item, color, or variation cannot be requested, and that exchanges are not possible.

  • All other items are subject to the above refund rules only if defective or damaged.

  • Shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. Refunds cover only the product price, not shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
